An honest limitation
Word, PowerPoint and Excel files can't be turned into PDFs here. Open the file in the app that made it and use 'Save as PDF', then bring that PDF back to us if it needs to be smaller.
Photos, screenshots and scans are all fine, and they keep the order you put them in.
What we can honestly promise
We work to the size you need and tell you plainly if we can't reach it, rather than handing back something that still won't send. One file goes in and one file comes out — we never split it or zip it for you.
