Privacy Policy

Who we are

Compress and Send is operated by Samurai Tech Ltd. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

• Account details such as your email address, plan and credit balance.
• Information about the files you process — filenames, sizes, formats, AI titles and tags — so your folders work.
• Marketing permissions, recorded separately with the exact wording, date and source.
• Basic usage events (for example, a compression completing) so we can improve the service. We do not use your file content for analytics.

How long we keep files

Folders remain in your workspace for 30 days so you can keep adding to them. After that they are removed from active storage. You can save a folder to your computer at any time.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and withdraw marketing permissions at any time from your account.
