If it still won't attach
Some workplaces set a tighter limit than the usual one. If you've been given an exact figure, choose 'I know the exact limit' and type it in — we'll work to that instead.
A private link is often easier than a big attachment: the recipient clicks once, downloads the file, and the link stops working on its own.
