How long Compress and Send keeps your files and what happens to them.

The 30-day workspace
Compress and Send is a working space, not permanent cloud storage. Folders stay available for 30 days so you can keep adding to them, then they are removed from active storage.
Saving your files
You can save a folder to your computer at any time using your browser's download workflow. When a workspace period ends we prompt you with 'Your folder is ready to save'.
Processing
Files are processed to produce a compressed version and, where appropriate, an AI title and tags. Original filenames are always retained alongside AI titles.
Security
Processing keys and credentials are held server-side only and are never exposed to your browser.
