Fit multiple attachments into one email

60 MB of mixed attachments, sent as one email.

How the allocation works

Rather than squeezing every file to the same size, we look at the set as a whole. A 29 MB video has far more to give than a 6 MB voice note, so it takes more of the reduction and the smaller files stay close to original quality.

A typical set of a 16 MB PDF, a 9 MB photo, a 29 MB video and a 6 MB recording comes back at around 14 MB in total — comfortably inside a single message.

Why attachments bounce in one message

Mail systems apply a limit to the whole message, not to each file. Encoding an attachment for email also adds roughly a third to its size, so a set of files that looks comfortably under the limit can still be rejected.

Fit Files Into One Email works this out for you. We look at every file together, share the compression across them and leave a safety margin for the message itself. You just see "Ready to send together".

Your files stay separate

We never merge your attachments and we never zip them automatically. Four files go in and four files come out — smaller, still individually named, and ready to attach.

What you never have to choose

Bitrate, codec, DPI, resolution, sample rate or image quality percentage. You pick a size; we do the rest.
